1. Our Service Scope
Commercial Finance Ltd operates as an independent credit broker and structured debt engineering advisory. We are not a lender. We introduce clients to a panel of Tier 1-3 specialist banks, property funds, and commercial asset finance institutions to secure debt facilities.
We are an Appointed Representative of White Rose Finance Group Limited (FRN: 630772), who are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
2. Commission & Brokerage Fees
We do not charge a fee for our initial Strategic Capital Audit or credit proposal scoping. We may charge a success brokerage fee upon the drawdown of a debt facility, which will be fully disclosed to you in writing before you accept any lender's Heads of Terms.
We typically receive a commission or referral fee from lenders upon successful transaction payout. By instructing us to act as your broker, you acknowledge and consent to us retaining this commission.
3. Client Responsibilities
To deploy the CFL Strategic Credit Engine™ effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and transparent financial statements and asset records.
Disclose any past credit issues, pending disputes, or balance sheet liabilities that could affect underwriting risk.
Acknowledge that any information provided which is misleading or fraudulent will result in immediate termination of our brokerage services.
⚠️ Critical Assets Warning
Please make borrowing decisions carefully. Property, equipment, or other corporate assets offered as security for commercial loans may be at risk of repossession if you cannot keep up with repayments on your debt structures.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we utilise our multi-market orchestration network to secure optimal terms, we do not guarantee that a lender will approve your credit proposal, nor do we accept liability for any opportunity costs, transaction delays, or business stagnation resulting from a lender's rejection or funding timeline.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, along with our client onboarding agreements, are governed by and structured in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
